they decided not to raise the real estate taxes this time, oh no, but they did increase value of property instead even tho no neighborhood improvent took place between then and now

only 'improvements' i noticed in the past 20yrs, was removal of street lights in favor of street signs

well all i know is the teachers union got shafted by the city out of the deal

and far as i know, nobody has indepentant oversight on the schools here
