russia considers 14 to be age of consent, but anybody under 14 is criminal offence
theres still a few nations on the planet with no age of consent
sick, considering the psychological development of humans at those ages.
usa has some strict laws, some states enforce their age of consent, if word got back to ur home state that had a higher age of consent than the one u visited for an encounter with somebody under the legal age for ur home state, u can still be arrested for it
actually, they grow up alot more sexually aware than we adults can handle compared to what we grew up with
i blame the internet and a billion tv channels
that still is not the same as the mental development on several areas of the brain.
doesn't matter, soon as they figure out how to get themselves off, all gloves are off...it's new territory for them now, u try to make them stop they either get violent or suicidal
better to let them develop naturally on their own and guide them safely...
there is no carrot or stick here in this problem
use 'carrot' approach and they develop shattered emotions eventually
use 'stick' approach, and they get suicidal from drug addiction
denmark has some development in these areas, they mostly focus on relationship creating and understanding rejection for kids
