Um...I have a problem where I, when attempting to meditate, I hit a detour point where the default action is phasing into a dream state. Had some wild ones, very realistic

Places and people are real. Interactions. Time a bit distorted. Physical spaces way real, and beyond anything I could create on my own. Some are interior oriented, others seen from the outside grander world perspective. All involve realistic interactions with other individuals.

sounds to me like you may be experiencing flashbacks, of a previous life of your soul. They can lead to learning abilities, mission updates, all sorts of stuff

Time in these experiences seems to be contemporary

fun fact, this planet is the only one in the galaxy to measure time as we do. Time in reality is not linear by a long shot
