i tried to find it on the weather network but didn't have luck, i had a feeling that if it was real, it was the result of a dispersion of clouds from the interception of the missile launch.

I found a post that claimed it was a Helicopter. Said the camera gave 14 seconds at once . That would not explain at all why it looked like a rocket at the top instead of a helicopter.

The 14 seconds made sense as cars were in the video he pointed to and their lights were seen for a ways down the road.
