spirit is willing, body is willing, but it hurts to move
trick is keep moving, why I still do manual work
once you quit moving you can't, I have to make myself fight some pain sometimes, but find moving helps most
feet hurt, knees hurt, back hurts on cold days, i can't have my arms up to high
no medical....so no drugs
bless your heart, other than Curamed and Carbon 60, not sure what to tell you to do oh and epsom salts hot baths

took myself off all their meds years ago, had to go back on one to ween myself but since then, I'm very cautious, don't do hardly any meds

i only take ibuprophren when i have migraines but thats it
I've managed to stay away from that for the most part too, but don't have migraines, I know they can be debilitating, curamed works really well for inflammation which is the cause of a lot of pain

I've had more pain since I've been sitting in front of this computer, since I don't watch tv any more, this is my entertainment and apparently my friends for the most part now
yep I did ride bareback with moccasins, more the indian girl than the cowgirl I guess
my pc is next to my bed, and my display is my tv, i move the tv when i lay on the bed
me too, I have it on a hospital table so I can move it where I want LOL
so i can watch vids on it via the pc
I only watch YT vids these days, don't miss tv and since I found out about the SRA I can't even look at the kids on tv without wanting to cry
i dl my tv and movies, i don't watch them 'live' on air/sat/cable/fiber
and i only watch them thru the pc

visited mt.pleasant pa today for a great first date and local festival. i spotted 2 ppl wearing Q tshirts - appeared to be a father son duo. I didn't approach them for fear of blowing cover on first date but i think she's a maga too:) more will be revealed. We are growing everywhere ..thank god
