@FoxValleyMom - have you ever tried Trader Joe's Manuka Honey? 1/2 teaspoon gets rid of a sore throat instantly. Good for cuts too. Outside when sawing branches, I sometimes get an abrasion, but Manuka heals it almost instantly.
