@Relic 1776 I totally agree. From the very beginning they do stuff I didn’t think was allowed. Refusing to show to court when subpoenaed. Refusing to hand over evidence. Oh. Can’t answer that - you know - cause national security and all. Oh and my lawyer advised me to. I just assumed he’d be under oath. I’m gonna remember all this when I get my next speeding ticket and see how that goes.
What about checks and balances of government? Why now is a lawyer’s opinion more important than the people and the entire questioning body of government? How is that even legal for them to barricade against questions? I call citizens contempt of court. Penalty against the defense. 20 yards.
Agreed, but considering it's the FBI and DOJ who would be the ones to bring justice to anyone else who ducked questions in an investigation, who else can bring down the hammer???
What is the point of court if by pretending to forget or not wanting to answer are good enough excuses to get out of the line of questioning? Seriously what is the point? They might as well abolish hearings since no one has any honor or integrity enough to respect the American people who deserve answers...
I think they need to make a new law that anyone who try’s to get out of trouble by messing with the system gets to be locked up until they can cooperate
I suppose though in the long game.. each word is being noted and each move recorded. It should come back to bite them once it’s all out on the table. I will go back to being patient.., but comey is annoying.
They are smaller and in more extreme situations... plus they have lots of vacation days.. all that time to figure it out..@Maga gal I am certain they will get it quicker over their population.. macron the catalyst after forced immigration priming and an American example..
