decoding is a learning curve, first u think everything is msm, then u see patterns and flow rates(yes, it's math, sorry)
i'm not medically insured so i'm not as chemically corrupted as most ppl in the working class
been into herbal medicine for at least 15yrs
wish i started decades ago
<~~~accountant lol
I've never liked drugs I couldnt buy from the streets lol
<---stone mason professionally(good money when the work is around), hobby electronics and ex military tech
<~~~15 year journeyman painter turned accounting professional... as soon as I find the right job lol
i can build a house btw....it's the stupid regs that get annoying
Yep... I can do everything from the frame up, besides major electrical
got to the point u can't build anything locally unless u have permits and drafting plans
only electrical i won't do is feed to the home...everything else i'll do
few yrs back i had to legally replace the wiring in my home..we did it ourselves and had professionals do the meter end of it
Just leave the wires sticking out everywhere and give me all the outlets and fixtures and I'm good to install
had the professionals do the inspections too
Yeah, I wont touch the fuse box install or wiring. Dont want to go to prison in 10 years if there is a fire
i've seen contractors skip on code....and they make more money than me...seem to have the city reg inspectors on the payroll too
also.....they be non 'documented' contractors
so it lets them slide in the courts around here when somebody complains
Yeesh... the Swamp is EVERYWHERE lol
but they're forgetting one thing....just because u don't understand english..doesn't mean the code isn't translated to ur language
I care about the quality and durability of my work. What's so hard about that
??
??
anyway...back to the story
those that are old school trained....ppl want and need built to last, not 'biodegradable' ....at the very least make it safe and reusable or recyclable
Damn right. And I was adding the "??" I forgot to put on the end of the comment above
the biodegradable stuff becomes the fuel to recycle the other stuff
because after it starts to degrade, only use left is the fire pit
Of course "old school" gave us lead and asbestos in the building materials
all that hype about plastics...if they only knew....most of it doesn't come from petrol oil...it comes from plants..it always has come from them
well lead isn't that big of an issue than asbestos is
majority of the copper pipes in ur homes are lead sealed
the only lead u need to worry about is in the paint...and most of that has been taken care of
and if u really look into the chemical nature of asbestos ...compared to other silicone based materials...it's not that much different..it's the fiberous version of it that makes it dangerous as a dust
Well my company held the market in the high end homes here and all of them were built 80-100 years ago so unless they've already been renovated and remodeled in the last 50 years, they have lead still. Those paint jobs just went from $15-20k up to $50-75k just because of the regs on dealing with the lead, unless you're just painting over it without sanding it scraping at all. You ignore that and get caught, its 100k fine per day per employee for the length you were working at that house. It sunk a big company here over night
ya...don't skimp on the codes...do them up a few notches instead
make ur old work become the new standard code
i think lin is a tracy beanz groupie
I posted that one earlier today
