The way we've been planning city development so far ^
Red is general industry and machinary, purple is farmland/bees/forestry, green is residential/housing, and blue is commercial or production... Like automotive shops, rail yards, airports, etc etc
while i'm not going to be a nigger and say "you have to build according to this code", its just what we were doing so far
haven't factored in magic or other zoned regions
though, unless you're sure that your reactor isn't going to explode and nuke the fuck out of everything, i'd recommend putting it somewhere west of the river
I think the best place for a reactor would be a way's off from the town, like where the yellow is.
So if it actually does implode, nothing will be vastly affected.
