8mm mauser is not enough for full penetration

So you can't use it as a normal DMR

And it's also too strong so you can't full auto it

well i have no idea if the north korean ones are actually chambered to 7.92×57 mauser

An ak is easier to clean, its parts are a lot more common, modifiable in a lot more ways
