well essentialy 5 simple rules

dont go near other people, idf you do so, wear protection, try avoid raw food, dont go to hospitals if you dont have the virus and stay very clean

Rule 1: no contact.
Try avoid contact with other humans. Since they can be infectious 3 days prior to the first symptoms, they themself might be unaware to be a carrier.

Rule 2: wear masks.
At any point in time when you are anywhere near or around other people you should wear a protective mask. The Virus can spread through sneezing and coughing.

Rule 3: canned food.
Try avoid food or drinks that had much human contact.(ergo Bio or raw meats) Boil whats raw and try to focus on canned food if possible.

Rule 4: no hospitals.
If you dont have the corona virus, avoid them. You will most likely get infected there

Rule 5: stay clean:
Wash your hands in regular intervals. Shower at least once daily, try avoid direct contact with other humans.
