Sounds like me when my seasonal depression was in full swing

Nights were worse, the short days in winter didn’t help

I love winter

I just hate sunny day

kids are laughing

birds chippering

i use to like winter

ugh

i hate new years

yeah I wish it's 2018 again next year

i don't have sesonal depression but it's definitely an on and off thing

I have two playlists for my music

But I have a playlist of sad boi songs for those kinds of times

the one is "more depressing"

the other one is "less depressing"

@ghostshark do you feel like sad music actually helps?

to me it feels like it just makes things worse

Listen to happy music.

I like bittersweet songs to listen to when I’m sad

Cause then I’m not forcing any happiness, but not bringing down my mood further

marshmellow sometimes gets me happy

most of the time

Then try Bohemian Rhapsody.

It's a really slow build up but the end is cool.

Echoes by pink floyd is looooong but the end of the song gives me chills every time
