Eating coffee grounds is a great way to get an upper like high out of essentially nothing. The nine tablespoons in those three k-cups will keep you wired and nearly tripping balls for 12 hours or more if you pace it.
If you don't pace it you'll be going to space for about the first 3 hours once it makes its way just past the stomach. Be sure to hydrate so you can actually absorb it.
On the downside, space isn't that cool when its really your living room and all your bodily fluids will smell and taste like coffee for hours. You'll constantly taste it because its coming back in your spit.
