Reach had probably the best armors IMO, I think it'd be cool if you had a thing with ALL the Armor types that have been in all the games so you can make good use of the best parts from overall not great designs

Halo 3 and Reacy by far had the best armour

Even ODST had issues

ODST had a good atmosphere
