Your skills will carry over from both using an intuos and doing trad work, so its a nice investment with no need to rush into it. The learning curve is non existant if you already know how to use digital tools.

I reccomend waiting a year or two while you save up money comfortably and hone your skills in the meantime. Its a great goal to aim for.

I dabble in screen tones but it's a pain without using CSP which makes my tablet freak out
