It's a surprisingly neutral piece. They aren't shaming anyone, they're just pointing out that a group of people exist, quoting them on their views, and adding some opinion on why they think this group has developed.
I understand why MGTOWs feel the way they do, I just think their methods only make them more miserable and are ineffective as protest.
