Rule of thumb, cattle guards are designed to break a Cow's foot, yes they will just about to the same to your leg

It's just a general thing. Cardio and strength should be a few hours apart, if even on the same day. Biology just be like that, yo. Otherwise you're doing more work for less gains because cardio cuts in to strength and vice versa.
I mean you can do core no matter what, because the core is a weird muscle group that never really wears out
I do light cardio to get warmed up my heavy cardio is fighting a few hours after I go to the gym
