USEC was just there to keep the locals from fucking with TeraCorp's shit, then the Russian government hired BEAR to counter and avoid open military conflict

While for the most part same, I dig that kind of lore

The thing about bear I've found is that you can sometimes bait players out by spamming voice cues

Where as USEC screaming in English isn't so useful

I've noticed that. It used to be a lot worse. Every time a BEAR used a combat mumble, any nearby USEC would automatically respond. Downside was, auto-mumble for grenades and reloads as a BEAR. They fixed most of that, but it still happens

I love the USEC battle cries though. General purpose screaming or crazed laughter is great

its hard to beat screaming in Russian though
