You’d have gotten just as much jam
low IQ fren here, is it possible to replace a fixed-stock rear trunnion for a folding-stock trunnion on AKs?
pretty sure the folding stock has to be mounted directly to the reciever, requiring modification
so like, removing the rivets for the existing trunnion, and re-riveting the folding stock trunnion?
The girls are home
Oh boy, is that a Calico
Using the little gun that couldn't
Ok, so it is possible. I was just thinking there might be some complication aside from replacing the trunnion.
I need to build my AK still
Calico is ok, gun is fine
I've heard Calico is.... less than ok
they did not wind and use improper ammunition
Calico is fine
Was looking through Calico's Catalog and noticed that they make a Mac 10 9mm drop in kit
pffft wow
didnt evwen know bouit thatone
But when I was looking through Google images for pictures I found this....
I wish calico worked as intended. They cool asf
needs cqr stock for maximum space
they do work as intended
they are supposed to jam a bunch
According to the AR15.com thread this guy was actually trying to submit this to the ATF for approval and this is the only prototype
but which mag does it feed from
wait fuck
Calico mag
i didnt even realize that
then why is AR mag in
9mm upper for an AR
For looks I guess
Second post on the thread is gold though "There's an actual Calico-derived upper already on weaponsguild - hybrid AR, Calico and MP5.
If you get it approved, "noice". But there are beltfed 9mm uppers out there now, so like, best wishes and all. "
Honestly that thing looks stock heavy as hell
It’s like an AR57 but for calico mags
Huh
It was successful in test firing at least
safe
*fire*
