for their 74 kits
i had a boomer tell me that the founders wouldnt want to own a machine gun
jefferson would want u to own a m-60 tbh
Oh, lol.
I think JRA uses different AK receivers now, not sure if they are morrissey or childers
I saw a WW receiver going for like 30 something not too long ago, lmao.
Childers is a cool guy.
I’m going to buy some blanks from him pretty soon, I think.
My circle 10 bulgy is built on one of his.
the main issue with WW receivers is that the ejector is too far back
so you get weird malfs where the cases are stuck in the receiver backwards
I'd skip JRA and buy an Atlantic Firearms AK if you're buying a kit built
I was more just curious. You ever self build? I’m really considering.
JRA guns seem to be hit or miss
I built my AKS-74
it was cheaper than buying a 74 variant at the time
and I didnt wan't a WW lemon
Haha, makes sense.
i borrowed the tools however
they are expensive
for only one build
I used a mix
I’ll dm you.
I'd be interested in hearing more about the AK build process tbh. I made an entire channel to have as a sort of info dump just for gunsmithing related stuff

sounds good
I wasn't too impressed with the M72 RPK from James River
Rusted way too easily
yea, the more i read about JRA, the more iffy their builds seem
I'm usually wary of builds from people I've never heard of unless it's a parts kit, or have a list of the parts used.
I've heard of JRA before, lots of M14 stuff then AKs and the BM59s
I was wary of those mystery AK74 builds centerfire and classic had before that
Didn't know Battlefield Vegas had an NSV
pretty cool
Im hard
