I've lit so many places on fire

2019-02-03 07:34:24 UTC

maybe stop shooting tracers?

2019-02-03 07:34:31 UTC

i mean, fire would have an attorney and the attorney would tell him to shut the fuck up

2019-02-03 07:34:47 UTC

@Doc Hawk you don't know fire.

2019-02-03 07:34:57 UTC

@Magos Squid "The Life Raft" you act like I am incapable of knowing the right answer to questions.

2019-02-03 07:35:22 UTC

You've yet to prove me wrong outside of simple situations where the answer is literally in front of you

2019-02-03 07:35:23 UTC

and that's not an issue with the prosecution, it's happenstance and would be struck from the record

2019-02-03 07:35:58 UTC

@FireRising just get some training in your case first as a legal backup and then get like a Smith and Wesson SD9VE

2019-02-03 07:36:17 UTC

not to mention get a CCW as well

2019-02-03 07:36:20 UTC

Or get whatever your local PD uses

2019-02-03 07:36:45 UTC

or not

2019-02-03 07:36:56 UTC

since they use .40 S&W for some dumbass reason

2019-02-03 07:37:06 UTC

@Doc Hawk not mine lmao

2019-02-03 07:37:09 UTC

it doesnt matter the type of handgun

2019-02-03 07:37:11 UTC

The best thing to do in the situation where you draw and drop a nog is to say it was self defence and nothing else, especially if it's at a public outing that you dropped the nig at.

2019-02-03 07:37:22 UTC

that's not even an issue or question that would be raised

2019-02-03 07:37:53 UTC

and of course, not drawing unless it's a credible threat

2019-02-03 07:38:01 UTC

IF a nig was noggin and tried to do a robbin, that's exactly what you tell the cops, nothing more, nothing less. "I was fearing for my life, officer, it was self defense."

2019-02-03 07:38:20 UTC

I'm aware of that.

2019-02-03 07:38:22 UTC

basically, alabama would hear that and be like "Ight you good B"

2019-02-03 07:39:08 UTC

A lot of fucking lawyers will jump at second amendment cases because if you're in a stand your ground/ defend your castle state it's pretty open and shut, and if the police detained you well, you are able to get some compensation a lot.

2019-02-03 07:39:28 UTC

Unless you get stuck with Jefferson courts or Huntsville city courts.
Then they'll try to fuck you because they're more liberal

2019-02-03 07:39:36 UTC

But it really just matters if you shut up or not.

2019-02-03 07:39:44 UTC

idk why this 40K faggot is obsessed with thinking the prosecution would ask why you chose your handgun, it's irrelevant information that the defense would immediately object to

2019-02-03 07:40:04 UTC

Huntsville and mainly Birmingham have those powertrip cops.

2019-02-03 07:40:07 UTC

Well.

2019-02-03 07:40:08 UTC

No

2019-02-03 07:40:13 UTC

Signed - Someone that worked for the Etowah County DA's Office

2019-02-03 07:40:14 UTC

Tuscaloosa county cops are worse tbh

2019-02-03 07:40:18 UTC

I'm aware that with talking to cops less is more.

2019-02-03 07:40:32 UTC

Birmingham Metro are the most trash, change my mind

2019-02-03 07:40:41 UTC

Being friends with local cops helps you out a lot too

2019-02-03 07:40:43 UTC

>40k faggot
Alright nice try but here they will actually bring it up depending on the court you get stuck with. It's not that rare of a happenstance

2019-02-03 07:41:38 UTC

objection, your honor, happenstance (and probably hearsay)

2019-02-03 07:41:38 UTC

It's much more common with big city courts than it is rural.

2019-02-03 07:41:57 UTC

if sustained then you would have to give prosecution time to discuss with the client

2019-02-03 07:42:03 UTC

Usually only times will a prosecutor try and bully you with the weapon you used is if it's a "Scary automatic weapon"

2019-02-03 07:42:13 UTC

2019-02-03 07:42:30 UTC

Leave nothing but chunks

2019-02-03 07:42:45 UTC

Like if hypothetically in a minecraft server if I magdumped a dude who broke in with my AK. I'd likely get shit from the Prosecutor for using "excessive" force and an assault weapon
