Surefire and other large businesses that hold contracts as their main income rely on political donations to grease wheels.
They have to answer to their shareholders, owners and or boards first and have a civil/legal obligation to further their product and contract sales.
Not a big deal. And perfectly normal.
Its fine for individuals and small businesses to stand and die on the hill of constitutional politics. But for a company like SF or larger? You buy off who you can to further your product.
Failing to maximize your gains can result in legal and civil action from your investors or board. So in the end staying out of the poor house or jail tops concern over what bill she sponsors.
This is just team wendy nonsense all over again. The likelyhood of threepdogs getting upset over this impacting SF bottom line? Zero.
