I got some confirmation on the voting process so far for the referendum

People in the Macedonian Diaspora, to be more specific Melbourne, Australia majority being right wingers, they are being sanctioned by the Aussie government for voting against the EU

The priminister tried to get the diaspora out of the voting, but it seems they are back up somehow.
