Screw Maybury vs. Madison. True intelectuals know Nix vs. Hedden was the most important

2018-12-22 19:26:43 UTC

Whos madson and maybury and madison

2018-12-22 19:26:46 UTC

And nix and hedden

2018-12-22 19:31:33 UTC

Maybury vs. Madison established the power of judicial review for the Supreme Court, and Nix vs. Hedden ruled that tomatoes are vegtables and not fruits.

2018-12-22 19:32:13 UTC

Is that nix vs hedden saying tomatoes are vegetables real?

2018-12-22 19:37:34 UTC

Yes

Why in law we ever learned one yet

2018-12-22 19:48:19 UTC

Ah, Nix v Hedden...quite the case.

2018-12-22 19:48:47 UTC

I can't name anything else that has more profoundly changed the course of History.

2018-12-22 21:03:07 UTC

What I understood from that is whenever a word is used the common meaning, or what the word is more known by the typical speaker, will be what is acknowledged despite using a dictionary to show otherwise.

2018-12-22 21:04:21 UTC

In short, even if you show what something originally meant in the past it won't matter, and the present use of the subject supersedes the old meaning.
