I take Apple Cider tablets now... have had to take Pepto before every meal all my life... I started this 4 months ago and have not taken Pepto once

I had some sort of intestinal flu about 3 months ago... eating made it worse so I stopped eating solid food . then I drank loads of Green Tea, Chicken broth, and finally got better in 2 days
