the impeachment process is not final until the senate votes

2019-10-22 17:23:11 UTC

if the senate holds a trial and if senate dismisses then all that happens is all the dirt comes out

2019-10-22 17:24:00 UTC

Is justice roberts the comped one?

2019-10-22 17:24:18 UTC

Atleast thats what i thought

2019-10-22 17:24:27 UTC

yep

2019-10-22 17:25:47 UTC

and the rules of the impeachment court is as follows - impeachment grounds must for violations of the us constitution and the bill of rights

2019-10-22 17:25:55 UTC

So what does that mean for the impeachment process

2019-10-22 17:26:04 UTC

If he is the judge for it

2019-10-22 17:26:37 UTC

he can get nullified from sc if the rest of sc sees that he's violated the constitution and the bill of rights

2019-10-22 17:27:09 UTC

impeachment is put on hold while the lead judge is under review by the rest of the sc

2019-10-22 17:27:57 UTC

even highest court in the land has it's own checks and balances

2019-10-22 17:28:17 UTC

Well i hope its going that far it means that its go time for Q

2019-10-22 17:31:42 UTC

It wouldn’t even surprise me that if that happens suddenly 8kun wil come back online

2019-10-22 17:32:52 UTC

2019-10-22 17:33:27 UTC

didn't get 2/3's vote in the senate for impeachment

2019-10-22 17:33:52 UTC

Ah

2019-10-22 17:33:58 UTC

@buttonblob Impeachment is the process by which a legislative body levels charges against a government official. ... In the United States, for example, impeachment at the federal level is limited to those who may have committed "Treason, Bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors".

2019-10-22 17:34:57 UTC

Congress impeached BC but the Senate did not find guilty

2019-10-22 17:35:12 UTC

Impeach -indict

2019-10-22 17:35:21 UTC

Senate - trial

2019-10-22 17:36:20 UTC

@buttonblob The Constitution requires a two-thirds super majority to convict a person being impeached. The Senate enters judgment on its decision, whether that be to convict or acquit, and a copy of the judgment is filed with the Secretary of State. Or 67 Senators
