I have a question about the rights of criminals to vote... once they are released from prison, are those voting rights restored? Is DeBlasio building himself a rogue army & “influential” voting block?

If the charge was a Felony their voting rights are stripped forever!

Pain killers cocain heroin etc are all Felony charges!
