Anonymous Conservative had the only plausible theory I've heard up to this point, which is only plausible in concept as execution would be difficult. We know from cesium atom atomic clocks that if you put one on a plane going one way around the planet, and another on a plane going the other way around the planet, they'll start to differ in time. AC proposed taking two radios, put one on a plane, and fly it in the "time increasing" direction for however long it took to get far enough in the future to radio back events. Even if this could work, it would probably take years of arial refuelings and switching planes to make a difference.
