@Aavelle yes or is possible I have not looked at the watch in detail about the under workings... a lot going on in my. I am really not worried about it though things are going very well. When there are double means in messages it is logical to think the first thing that stands out is what people will see not the underlining message.

So basically when Q writes something it has face value meaning and then a larger meaning. That had to be decoded or understood by someone with a skill in that Area.

If I also new what it was off of the top of my head I would tell you though just telling you where I would start digging... as when you look at that watch the face value and what everyone would be looking at as a distraction... would be hands... yes hands on the clock can be it with numbers but if there is no accidents then then there would be a lot of value and info that could be found in the other hands on the watch... you have 2 other circles with hands... a second like as in seconds in a min that a lot of people don’t take into account. Also the date itself... one thing about this stuff is some of it maybe done to keep people interested as like a puzzle or keeps peoples minds shape.

Often people play cards or games to keep the mind busy or sharp or they may get board and fall asleep or get distracted with other thoughts/projects.

I would say If you are going to look in to decoding with that... you have to draw or over lap the watch with the hands of of all three is the circles and where they point then find out the order they were meant to be... as with any type of decoding the largest advantage is the message will be somewhat had to make sense... or had to make sense to a person that reads it with a skill to read the next message. The point of making hard or a puzzle is to throw other people of... or the concept of future proves past. Semi a way people can gain trust from or with people that don’t have much of a reason to trust something or someone with out proof. Their is proof though the decoding of something that is understood after an action has taken place.

I am going to look in to Poland 🇵🇱 as my next dig something maybe there for corruption. Not sure if it had been up rooted. It was the only country that Kim Clement talks about that has not been as much in the public eye.
