In the fox video Barr was asked was Comey 7 steps above the investigation, or the investigation was 7 layers below him run but more junior staff, as Comey stated this in the interview with Chris Wallace (see below).
Barr says no, it was run by the top leaders, not underlings.
So now we have Barr calling out Comey as a liar, whats next?

Comey responded by arguing that he had too much on his plate as director to concern himself with the minutiae of one investigation.

As a director sitting on top of an organization with 38,000 people, you canβt run an investigation thatβs seven layers below you,β he said. βYou have to leave it to the career professionals to doβ¦If a director tries to run an investigation, it can get mucked up in other kinds of ways given his or her responsibilities and the impossibility of reaching the work being done at the lower levels.β
