Over the objections of the Oscar-winner’s defense, five photos of a naked Harvey Weinstein were passed around Tuesday to the Manhattan jurors considering the sexual abuse case against the disgraced Hollywood honcho.
The jurors were instructed to review each photo while holding them in a fashion where the crowd inside the courtroom couldn’t get a peek. Jurors No. 11 and 12 appearing to wince as they peered upon the images of a naked Weinstein, who showed no signs of owning a gym membership.

Law Enforcement Raids Ukrainian Oligarch’s Company

Ukrainian law enforcement have raided the offices of a major media company, according to four sources with knowledge of the matter. The company, called 1+1, is controlled by oligarch Ihor Kolomoisky and aired the TV show that helped vault Volodymyr Zelensky to Ukraine’s presidency.
A Zelensky administration official said the raid is part of an investigation into the leak of an audio recording of a meeting with the country’s prime minister. Multiple sources said law enforcement have confiscated computers. Ukrainian law enforcement confirmed the news of the raid to UNIAN.
Kolomoisky, a co-founder of one Ukraine’s largest commercial banks, is widely seen as an ally of Zelensky. The oligarch has previously been under investigation by U.S. authorities for a host of potential financial crimes.

DA Says TV Star Couple Accused of Drugging and Raping Up to 1,000 Women Did No Such Thing—Ex-DA Made it All Up
Orange County District Attorney Todd Spitzer announced today that all criminal charges will be dropped against a 39-year-old Newport Beach orthopedic surgeon and reality television star Grant Robicheaux and his 33-year-old girlfriend Cerissa Riley who were accused of drugging and sexually assaulting seven women.
On September 11, 2018, former District Attorney Tony Rackauckas filed initial charges in People v. Robicheaux and Riley, eight months after a search warrant was executed on Robicheaux’s Newport Beach home. At the time the charges included assaults on two women.
After Rackauackas admitted in a sworn deposition on June 19, 2019 that he had used the case to garner media attention to help his re-election campaign, Spitzer ordered a complete reevaluation of the case.
