most of them sadly were brainwashed but...most low ranking personal incluiding officers have an enourmous disaproval rate of Maduro

in resume, they simply don't recognize him as president and one of the reasons is that the military institutions are in decay

Maduro tried anything posible to keep the Armed Forces on his side
