In Schwabing, Germany that has 100k people living there and if everyone would give just 10$ you would have 1mio. Defense budget if you would get Security for 2500$ no taxes you would have 450 "Police men" securing 24/7

no need for state police

& all because there's an actual incentive to do the job well & ethically
