@[chase dreams] (relevant username) I can recommend exercising though and taking the right levels of zinc and magnesium before bed. This is also good for your testosterone.
Besides that, turn on night mode if you absolutely have to use electronics at night.
Also focus on creating a set routine. Go to bed at the same time and wake up at the same time. Your goal is to do this so often that your body automatically wakes up without an alarm.

I generally try to go to sleep early, and wake up early. That way the maximum amount of my time, is my time.
