Oh, that's unfortunate. I absolutely love them. The noise cancelling is fantastic and they are very comfortable.
I'm not that big a fan of over ear headphones, though. They get too warm for me.
I also like the heat they produce for my ears.

@Xychotic The problem with over the ear headphones is that they typically sound like shit without an amp to drive them properly. I prefer earbuds as they sound good without the need for an amp
