What a sacrifice means is you give up something of value in the present so you can improve the future. That's no different than discipline.

Sometimes it's also important to sacrifice something you love now. Those can be things you should no longer be attached to (women). If you're not moving forward in your life, there's a high probability that there's something you're in love with that you won't let go of. Not letting go is hindering your progress. In a sense MGTOW is letting go.

Like giving up chocolate and potato now so you can not have the diabetes later.

@Eritrean MGTOW I think they are adequately red pilled. That their conclusion is to go back into the matrix and try to take on the agents is more a sign of their character than any failure to truly understand the landscape.
