@Punished Korgoth they already are hit hard
Humans will never, ever reach another star system
that's absolutely ridiculous
They would be hit harder, atleast the simps would
mgtow teens wont care
@SH3LLSH0CK words you'll never live to see proven wrong
dude we have self-driving cars coming in like 2 years
150 years ago there were no cars
We haven't even landed on the next planet yet
We have self driving cars now.
like mass-produced
average person
using it
and also no
lvl 5 autonomy
yeah
they have lvl 2 or 3 autonomy
not full autonomy
@SH3LLSH0CK I do
Humans will easily be able to accomplish interplanetary travel and life in the future, but interstellar is ridiculous
What about traveling back in time? @Deadly Shells
we will totally goto other star systems
@Deadly Shells We just need colony ships
assuming we dont all die
And those cryogenic chambers
before we have the tech
@fatugly That's a big assumption lol
or stasis pods
What would you do, pack people on a spaceship and make them breed for 10,000 generations until they reach a new star and die of starvation? How would you bring oxygen? How would you bring food or water? How would you even get a ship that has enough supplies to sustain life that long off the ground?
If we can do digital life and then imprint our minds onto cloned bodies, we'd do it.
There already are ppl who volenteered to be placed in cryogenic chambers, hoping they can be revived in the future and get theire diseases cured
<:hellyeah:480188652622970880>
Or do you just think we'd hop in a TARDIS and appear there at will?
@SH3LLSH0CK We can make them immortal or put them to sleep...for a long time
@frugalcasper the argument being made is that we wont every get to like alpha centauri because we cant--which is not true--it is an inevitability assuming we dont die
@fatugly How far away is alpha centauri?
uh some light years
