@Longshanks I agree 100%. I either have a super fat breakfast - butter/eggs/cheese with milk or fast until 1700.

I think metabolism is highest and insulin is lowest from 0800-1200 but your ghrelin (hunger) is lowest. It's nature's cruel joke 😄
