I would argue against the latter finding because I believe modern nutrition has horribly handicapped everyone that adopts "western" dietary practices.

There's newer data, I think it's the raven study, that puts their whole curve behind men.

Kind of like the data showing that blacks are behind whites.

Turns out IQ caps out genetically, and we have no real way of improving it. But we can impair it in a whole fuckload of ways.

Recall, the addition of iodine to salt saw an average increase in the US IQ of 5 points.
