@Xychotic yes, I’ve always hovered just above the ‘underweight’ line. Now I’m nearly 160 which is pretty sweet. I’m still looking to gain though.

@ziyauren cooking destroys many of the beneficial sulfur based compounds in garlic. I still use it in cooking, but eat some raw as well.

i eat most foods anywhere from raw to cooked... depends on what ur makin n what ur hungry for... u usually crave what ur body needs

I went to an all you can eat steak, shrimp, and fish buffet last week and that’s literally all I got: steak, shrimp, and fish. I did make a small salad too. But that’s how you get your moneys worth at a buffet. Potatoes, bread, mac n cheese, it’s all useless filler.

i only go to buffets if the shrimp n sushi r unlimited....heheheh
