At this point all viennoiserie is pretty much destroyed by the imagery....
I dunno
I used to eat banana nut pancakes at this place in LA...
with like chicken and apple sausages...
Chicken and waffles?
no...
it was like a famous-ish place, over by silverlake something
but like a small diner kind of thing...
that's a real fact about me...
Banana nut pancakes with chicken and apple sausage... that sounds incredible.
Havenβt had pancakes in a long while.
I shit you not, you practically had to have reservations to this place...and it was worth it...
they was some good pancakes
@AnaksuSoleil LAβs certainly not a place I think of for a good breakfast, so I imagine they stayed packed.
best breakfast I ever had was in Newcastle in England...
Fuuuckkk I have too much energy
I have to sleep because I have work tomorrow but I literally can't
I wish I had this kind of energy while I was actually at work lol that'd be nice
Well, at least I work nights. If I worked days I'd probably get like 2 hours and that's if I went to sleep at this very second lol
@rhino Yeah maybe that's what I need. I've been practicing staff set 3b and 3c but martial arts only seem to energize me and pump me with more adrenaline. Maybe an actual workout will tire me out π

I've been trying out Convict Conditioning but it requires me to start off with easy stuff and not utilize my maximum potential so it's difficult for me to hold back. But I've been doing my best to do wall pushups without bursting out laughing
Why would you burst out laughing?
Because wall pushups are soooooooooo easy
Ahh, I see. And that is funny how?
But apparently I'm supposed to start off with that to strengthen my joints or something
Ahh.
Do them slowly.
Hmm that should help. Also if I keep a distance from the wall to extend the length of the pushup
Try to do them as slow as possible, I bet you can't do it very slowly at all.
I'll give it a shot. Can't hurt π
Let me know if you manage to stretch out a wall push up into one minute. π
It also works well for forms and kata...
I was aiming for 10 seconds each for 150 reps so I can go to bed sooner, but I'll definitely aim for a minute next workout
Noice I just finished my 2 hour workout
I got to 100. Not bad considering I did a lot of heavy lifting earlier as well. I'll go for 150 when I wake up. Night gents π
