@rhino Yeah maybe that's what I need. I've been practicing staff set 3b and 3c but martial arts only seem to energize me and pump me with more adrenaline. Maybe an actual workout will tire me out πŸ‘Œ

I've been trying out Convict Conditioning but it requires me to start off with easy stuff and not utilize my maximum potential so it's difficult for me to hold back. But I've been doing my best to do wall pushups without bursting out laughing
