Goal setting works, for me. I'm a results driven individual. I'm ambitious, but my weaknesses are laziness and getting bored easily. MY weaknesses are opportunities in growth and since I place a high value on efficiency, perhaps I come out with creative solutions to problems. Or when I get bored I take that as an opportunity to learn more on the job for the growth of myself, my team, and the company
