i used to practice martial arts, and doing sparring exercises was the most enjoyable part.

that and also that feeling you get when you realize defending yourself is not that hard, as long as you know what your doing, it was exhilarating.

You've seen it in those vacation spots, those adrenaline junkies doing backflips from really high into an ocean off of a cliff

yeah, my fondest memory is when i was just starting, and i did my first projection, i thought it was some incredibly hard thing to do, but when you actually do it you realize is easy, and you want to do it again and again
