the most interesting thing that ever happened to me re: gas station hit up
boy, all of maybe 16, came up to my dad and I while we were at the gas station asking for some gas to get him and his girlfriend home
couldn't say no, we made sure he had a full tank to get him and his girlfriend home
(yeah, we saw his girlfriend in the car, she had a visible look of concern on her face)
why? because look, if that was my little brother, I'd hope that there would be a stranger kind enough to do the same for him
