Your strategy might work for like a month or 2, but these problems cycle. Your just in the boiling and release faze. Once your done with that, it will start over again. Only way to break the anger cycle is to find its source and either beat it or come to terms with it. @Reinhard

I was like this for 5 years and the cycle gets faster every rotation. It only stopped for me when it got so bad it hurt more to accept it and look for a solution then drown in misery. I still have my moments but it's better. But I would watch spectsnaz and some others to maybe find some common things feeding your cycle.
