Turns out this problem crosses the mcfatty threshold.
At least mcfatties know it. They got a lot of skinny fats and big guts that get type 2 anyway.
Also, I'm supposed to be on a keto diet, or at least a low carb diet, but I struggle.
I've met a few obese people that don't have diabetes so i can believe that. Maybe they're at risk for it but they don't have it. Okay I'm confused again. Yeah it's tough. Carbs are everywhere today.
I'm very well read on the subject.
The issue is with the pancreas and the liver.
The lucky ones notice because of their fat asses.
The "lucky" ones don't get fat.
They find out when their organs start failing.
Or, they're like my dumb ass.
They get to be man whales and still don't figure it out until their organs decide to opt out.

It worsens it, but if you stick to keto or low carb, you'll probably be fine.
Or, you know, you can give yourself cancer and try to treat it with a vegan diet.

But I'm going to quit this year anyway if i have anything to say about it. Yeah I'm on a relatively carb heavy diet. A lot of cereals,namely oatmeal and breads. I was thinking of going keto but i don't think i should cause of my body type, i barely store anything.

I love me some fried foods. I'm not necessarily hooked on breaded fried foods, though.
