There are good people out there. I just tend to not run into them it seems.

2019-01-26 01:21:48 UTC

same

2019-01-26 01:22:17 UTC

Except when it comes to the MH services i receive. But i don't count them as much cause it's their job to help.

2019-01-26 01:22:53 UTC

MH?

2019-01-26 01:23:00 UTC

Mental health

2019-01-26 01:23:09 UTC

Monster Hunter? Oh, I was... pretty much spot on.

2019-01-26 01:23:28 UTC

Yeah I've got issues. Lulz

2019-01-26 01:23:39 UTC

Me, too.

2019-01-26 01:23:46 UTC

My pancreas and I don't get along.

2019-01-26 01:23:55 UTC

Diabetes?

2019-01-26 01:24:01 UTC

Yep.

2019-01-26 01:24:05 UTC

I say chocolate, it says coma.

2019-01-26 01:24:19 UTC

Are you insulin dependent?

2019-01-26 01:24:28 UTC

I'm Type II.

2019-01-26 01:24:42 UTC

Insulin, though prescibed, only makes it worse.

2019-01-26 01:25:24 UTC

I still don't understand the differences to be frank. Okay. Sounds like a pain in the ass then. So you can only manage it by watching what you eat?

2019-01-26 01:25:34 UTC

I can explain it.

2019-01-26 01:26:03 UTC

Type I = your immune system waged war on your pancreas, now you don't produce insulin. You're gonna die without insulin injections.

2019-01-26 01:27:04 UTC

Type II = You're a stupid fuck that has caked your pancreas and liver with so much fat that they can't do their job. This looked like Type I, but if you take insulin and continue eating like a jackass, you will destroy every cell in your body.

2019-01-26 01:27:41 UTC

Do you do a keto diet?

2019-01-26 01:28:28 UTC

Thanks for explaining that though. I understand now.

2019-01-26 01:30:36 UTC

Mind you, I did NOT say "fat fuck"

2019-01-26 01:30:48 UTC

Turns out this problem crosses the mcfatty threshold.

2019-01-26 01:31:14 UTC

At least mcfatties know it. They got a lot of skinny fats and big guts that get type 2 anyway.

2019-01-26 01:32:09 UTC

Also, I'm supposed to be on a keto diet, or at least a low carb diet, but I struggle.

2019-01-26 01:32:39 UTC

I've met a few obese people that don't have diabetes so i can believe that. Maybe they're at risk for it but they don't have it. Okay I'm confused again. Yeah it's tough. Carbs are everywhere today.

2019-01-26 01:32:44 UTC

I'm very well read on the subject.

2019-01-26 01:33:09 UTC

The issue is with the pancreas and the liver.

2019-01-26 01:33:16 UTC

The lucky ones notice because of their fat asses.

2019-01-26 01:33:26 UTC

The "lucky" ones don't get fat.

2019-01-26 01:33:44 UTC

They find out when their organs start failing.

2019-01-26 01:33:53 UTC

Or, they're like my dumb ass.

2019-01-26 01:34:12 UTC

They get to be man whales and still don't figure it out until their organs decide to opt out.

2019-01-26 01:35:11 UTC

Apologies for hitting enter so often.

2019-01-26 01:35:12 UTC

I'm worried about getting it cause it runs in my family and how muxh i smoke. That causes insulin resistance, right?

2019-01-26 01:35:33 UTC

It worsens it, but if you stick to keto or low carb, you'll probably be fine.

2019-01-26 01:36:51 UTC

Or, you know, you can give yourself cancer and try to treat it with a vegan diet.

2019-01-26 01:36:55 UTC

Like Steve Jobs.

2019-01-26 01:36:58 UTC

The fucker.

2019-01-26 01:37:00 UTC

Low carb isn’t terrible if you just stuff yourself with a bunch of other shit

2019-01-26 01:37:05 UTC

But I'm going to quit this year anyway if i have anything to say about it. Yeah I'm on a relatively carb heavy diet. A lot of cereals, namely oatmeal and breads. I was thinking of going keto but i don't think i should cause of my body type, i barely store anything.
