i use the sony mdr 1000x
they're amazing
My dad usually uses one piece of exercise equipment and I use another.
i am actually a way more calm person now cos of them
Still cutting before building muscles
i can just zone out when commuting for example
And the annoying part is.
i am going to do that too unknown
Half a scoop of caffeine and my headphones, I don't even see anyone else in there lmao.
I need that 10% bfp
Or around 12
i might have my shoulder surgey in september, so going to cut till then, rehab for like a year and then slowy ease into weights again
Feels like I'm elevating.
Whenever I'm trying to push myself my dad views it as doing too much and tells me to stop before I've pushed myself.
It's fucking annoying.
@MufflePuff haha nice - i used to take some heavy preworkouts and it felt amazing
For example if I've done 13 reps and I want to get to 15 but I'm struggling he'll just tell me to stop and will continue to tell me to stop until I stop.
don't let anyone stop you from doing something ur passionate about imperial
Whereas at home I can push myself to do those extra reps and not get told to stop.
I can only drink half a scoop of the pre I use or I’ll get explosive diarrhea
i was the same - whenever i loved something i used to be obsessed with it but my parents would constanctly tell me to stop - fucking annoying
Yeah but my dad will probably say "Why didn't you stop when I told you to stop?" and get annoyed because I didn't obey him.
I feel like a kid rn

When I work out with people they make me want to hurt them lol.
I'm cool with obeying my dad seeing as I live in their house but I want to stop doing an exercise when ***I*** want to stop.
how old r u imperial? try and move out asap when u can support urself
I want to be able to push myself to do those extra few reps.
17.
I live with my mom and dad.
nice, going to college?
Yep, for IT.
I want to do something lke trucking driving or being an electrician next year.
cool, i'd recommend that from now u look after ur financnes so after college u dont have to come back home
that's sick man
Yeah man, when you leave home, leave for fucking good.
exactly
empowering too, during ur 20s you should really be making urself - not letting ur parents tell u how to live
My parents say I'm welcome to stay for however long I want (presumably 20 or something, granted they let my older brother stay a couple of days a week).
i get information overload from my parents - it's best if you make sense of the world urself
