That's what I do, distract myself from the emotions. And emotions are usually there to show you that something is not ok in your life.

Hi! I just discovered the red pill and mgtow. I am really hung up on the ideal of love (male sacrifice).

I've always been a warrior so sacrificing myself for someone seems more worthwhile than just existing. If I don't have a use (which was going to be family), I feel useless and depressed.

what you need is a purpose.

Find your gift, what your passions are and give it away. If you want to make hard sacrifices, focus on meeting some mgtow's in real life and sacrifice for them. @empiru

but yea. i would start with a hobby you are passionate about. and focus on self improvement.
