There is a difference in a person's idea of who you are based on your voice and how you speak to someone.

Who I am would be changed between who I was before speaking and who/how I will be viewed as after speaking.

If I were to reveal my voice in Voice Chat(Discord) the likely-hood of me being recognized in a location that is filled with people around me is something that I am not willing to be conscious about while am just trying to live my life and do what I always do.
